I had a busy weekend "doggy-proofing" the fence .. replaced an entire section of fencing so that Xander does not dig out or break the pickets ... so am a bit sunburned .. but doing fine.

Oh, Miss Butler - my heart was pounding and the Lightning pulled it off!!!  YAY!!!!!!!  Friday night . . . hmmmm . . . what shall WE be doing???  Watching that puck, of course, and hoping that we will be playing once again for that Stanley Cup - oh, joy!!!    It will be another great day in Tampa Bay!!!!

Morning!!! Ice Hockey in the summer...COOL! Luna looks for her scarf and Hockey shirt  matching team colors and is busy brewing up some fresh hot cocoa and vanilla latte's for the game ... along with some sugar cookies and burittos! Go Tampa Go! She is sooo excited looking forward to the chill in the air!!! Humm, like portable A/C on high! Hi Jules and precious Butler. Thankyou for the bagels as I surely can use them lately. I have been in the books 24/7 and most of the time not sure if I ate or not. LOL. I have not even turned on my computer for the past couple of days. My big day is on Friday as I write my final exam then and I have to get it right. I JUST HAVE TOO. I hope all is well with you. We are still getting rain but not much and the water levels are starting to go down again. Hopefully for good this time.

Jules, I had the BEST weekend I've had in a long time.  We adopted out about 17 furkids from Almost Home New Mexico (rescue where Cupcake and Xander came from) .. and in all .. with all the rescues, over 400 furkids found homes ... it was totally awesome.

Thank you for being our friend .. we love you Jules and Butler ... and always know that .!.!.

Good Morning Jules and precious Butler. Thankyou for coffee and blueberry cake yesterday. It feels like I am in the books 24/7 lately and don't get the time to make coffee so thank you for helping out.I hope all is well with you .

We have had some nice days here but they are calling for more rain over the weekend. I wish I could send Charles some of it as he certainly can use it and we have had way more then needed.

I guess I'll have to keep my waders and boat ready to use if need be. LOL.Might even have to call on Butler, Luke and Kc.

Things are not looking to good today as the main road to the shelter is under water and closed. I have two other roads to get there but they are back roads and not the best. I am not sure what we will do but we might have to move the fur babies out of there.

Have to go and find my waders,fill the boat with gas,etc. as one never knows. LOL.
