Hi Charles. I just wanted to stop in and say Hello As i  am trying to get caught up on my email ,etc. I hope all is well with you. Things are starting to quiet down now with all the guests i have had staying with me as well as all that was going on. All should be back to normal soon. I am back home now after having a great getaway for a few days. Granny sure helps me out by taking over at the shelter to give me the chance to get away for breaks. She is going on a 2 week vacation so i will be taking Samantha home with me nightly and Kayla is still staying in her camper on the shelter grounds. I don't know what i would do without all the help i get from friends,family and volunteers.I have truely been blessed with these "Angels on Earth" who i call my friends.\

Stopping by to just say hello and hope all is well, was thinking of Bob today as I saw a beautiful kitty that looked just like him, I been a little busy, was working on Kia's tribute and wipped half of it off. and the panic was unreal, but we are back...... we have had no summer here    all it has done is rain. I told my husband that the rain was coming from the heavens as all our fur kids were sending the tears that we have shed back to us......I know Sammy and Gabby and little Bob are running thru the heavens with all the other fur babies, but always keeping a watchful eye on Dad

Hi Charles, good to hear from you.  I can't believe how big Cupcake has gotten, wow.  I just adopted a 10 month old sheperd mix from the shelter where I volunteer.  He is such a good boy.  I will post some pics soon.  

I am not sure if I am going to go back to that shelter to volunteer, as it is the county run unit and is not no-kill.  It is just too hard to play with dogs on Tuesday, then go back on Friday and they aren't there anymore...and they weren't adopted.  But what can they do, they take in 200+ dogs per DAY and adopt out around 200 per week.   I think I am going to wait for the next SPCA volunteer meeting and work with them instead.

Let me know when you'll be in Vegas...

Just want to thank you for being the VERY FIRST to welcome me, Maddie, to "the bridge" and my mom to Critters. My mom MAY be training a new puppy soon, like your dad is with cupcake. If so her name will be Mandy and we will look down and laugh, glad we are through with all of that and at the same time, sad, because we will ALWAYS remember that crazy, close time with our moms and dads.

Charles, google Bad Rap dot org rescue  and look at the beautiful pitbulls and read the marvelous stories about the people who saved Vick's dogs from certain death. Hello Charles, thank you for visiting my Samantha's page again. Today was the first day I believe Samantha send me a sign she was OK. I think of her all day and night. I had asked her to please show me signs she was Ok and today I was putting gas in my car, and I said "Samantha please show me a sign you're OK" Than this little bird came out of no where, and came close by me and was looking at me, it stayed for awhile, than flew away. I said "Sammie if that was you the bird will come back" and sure enough the bird did. That brought tears to my eyes.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support, they are all much needed at this time and it helps that the words are coming from people who truly know how it feels because these are members of our families! Pandora was very special to me as you can tell from the memorial so every word was the least I could do to express how much I loved her and how much she will be missed. Sammy was absolutely precious and I too am sorry for your loss. All of our babies are together waiting for us some day and I do take comfort in knowing that they are always with us as in spirit and in memories as love lives forever!
