MINNIE !!! MY BESTEST BUDDY ! I sure enjoy having you here with me to keep me company ! Thanks for the muchsa smooches ! You are such a social butterfly I do not see you alot any more but I know you are always in the best of company and having lots of fun. Hi Minn Miinn, no, I'm here, Mom just got back from Spain 10 day trip and she thinks her sister covered the whole place in record time ...lol...and she's still trying to get herself together. Thanks so much for your sweet words for Lucy. She is a lucky kitten to have so many friends at the Bridge. I know she had a wonderful birthday. And I see that Minnie celebrated a birthday last month as well. I am sorry I have not been on in a while to wish her a happy birthday.

Lexi and Meatloaf are doing great. Meatloaf got better and now he pesters Lexi all day long. But they are good friends. Thanks for asking about them.

Hi Stacy. I want to thankyou so much for remembering Luke and i on his second Angelversary. I truely do appreciate the visits. Although these Angelversarys are not easy,i tried to be happy for Luke as that is the way he always wanted me to be. If i was having a bad day {being the clown that he was} he would find a way to make me laugh. We had a picnic in his honor at the shelter as well as i took his 2 brothers Toby and Tyson to all of the parks Luke and i used to go to. We sent balloons to Luke from each park. I tried to remember the good times rather then the bad times. For the most part ,that worked but there were tears at times but i know Luke's spirit was there with me all day as i was able to keep it together and be happy for others around me. Thanks again. Hi Minnie. I hear you had alot of fun at Luke and Greta's Angelversary celebrations at Rainbow Bridge. I don't see the festivities posted on the forums but they are posted in Luke's guestbook. Puck sure did alot of planning ,didn't he. We love you Minnie.p/s don't forget , if you ever want a piggy back ride,i know Luke would allow you to get on his back as he always liked his kitty brothers to get on his back and he would walk around the house giving them a ride.

The way to Cat Heaven is a field of sweet grass,

where crickets and butterflies play. A cat may be late getting to

Heaven...there is so much fun on the way!

But an angel will wait at the yellow front door, and

wait till a kitty comes home. And when she arrives, he'll give her a

kiss and some milk in a bowl of her own.

There are trees in Cat Heaven, trees made just for cats,

trees growing so green and so high. But, no one gets stuck in a tree

anymore--if a kitty wants down, she will fly!

And, oh all the toys, kitty toys everywhere, thousands and

thousands go by. There are buttons and baubles and small catnip

leaves all afloat in the sky.

There are angels, of course, with soft angel laps, where kitties can

purr loud and strong. The angels will rub kitties' noses and ears, and

sing them a Cat Heaven song.

And when cats are hungry, there is God's kitchen counter--all

covered with white kitty dishes, full of tuna and salmon and

mounds of sardines and wonderful little pink fishes.

The cats in Cat Heaven are so loved and spoiled, God lets them all

lie on his bed...He walks in his garden with his wonderful Book and

a kitty asleep on his head.

Then when a cat needs to, she may simply ponder and watch the

blue world deep and wide....she will watch the old house where she

once lived and wandered, and the people who loved her inside.

All cats love Heaven, they know the way there, they know where

the angel cats fly. They will turn past the stars and the moon and

the sun.....to curl up with God in the sky.

Hi Stacy...Just stopping by to thanks you for stopping by Angel/Patches/Taffy's memorial.  I've been trying to get back to posting at Critters but it has been hit-and-miss.  I had illnesses most of the early part of the year and now we are going through some family changes....long story but my Dad may be moving in with us.  He will be 90 on July 1st and for that age is doing relatively well but we've seen some decline the last year.  He is independent and finally realized the last few months things are changing and we also lost his sister, my Aunt, in March so I think that had him reassess a few things.  So we are preparing, pretty soon he will be spending part of the week up here and then gradually he'll spend more and more time here.  For now, he is wanting us to start to go to appointments with him which I am glad, I've been wanting to for quite a while but he wanted his independence so I respected that.  I hope you are doing better...I know earlier in the year you were having a rough time with health, too.  i miss my rs friends and really am trying to get back here more often!!  Hugs...Joy :)

You and you mom make it so much easier for mom and me as she knows I am well cared for at RB and have friends to run and play with each day . She misses me SOOO but nows I am fine with Minn around.

I can understand your frustration.  Dale's mom, Laura, has been sending me sites all the time of animals who's anniversarys and birthdays have been forgotten on the Forum site.  They need to get some help at the corp.office.  My mind is going weird, but didn't you say your dog is going into surgery?  My thoughts and prayers  go out  to your dog and yourself!  Big hugs to you Minnie and Stacy too.
