hahaha, that's funny, when I found my mom she was wearing "Off Deep Wood with Deet, it really worked. Those mosquitoes ate her alive, and the ones on L.I. left BIG whelts and sucked her dry ... she would hide in long sleeves and a hoodie at night ... pesty little things, SWAT!!! only kidding, we have bug police here and they keep them at bay ... hahaha,  Luna

Luna laughs, that's too funny ... yu expect mom to know what's on the bottom of a license plate, she barely knows what the colors are??? hahaha, she doesn't drive! nor does she get out of NYC much, but she would to visist you. LUna smiles, your such an important part of her life and WE LOVE YOU!!! Land of 10,000 lakes, so how are the mosquitoes there ... Luna remembers the day she spotted her mom, yup, a freind joked that she smelled like bug repellect, that's why Luna knew when I was coming close ... hahaha, yup, they eat her up alive on L.I., but she hasn't been back since she lost me ... not even to visit her freind, but she might this year, a day trip ... will have to see. Same problem as before, safe housing without anyone oopening a door ... Hi Miss Polly, WOW!!! Feeling the artic chill tonight and the wind ... Burrrr!! must be mighty cold by your house ...  Luna looks around, are all the babies blowing kisses right now? at the same time? how amazing? ... but sometimes I think the winter just doesn't want to leave, and you get all the snow? Oh Bother, come on, Luna grabs Buddy and high tails it to Miss Polly's in hopes of finding her snuggles in a blanket with some hot cocoa and a few cookies in the over ... humm, maybe she'll let us make a warm fire? Hi Buddy Boo, Luna runs up to him and gives him a big kiss ... ! She blows kisses to Miss  Polly!!!  !

Wow, warming up here a bit, it's almost Friday, Luna does her it's almost the weekend dance. Mom picked up your 1/2 & 1/2 cookies today,  she'll drop them in the mail later. (she bought the tiny ones and double wrapped the container in suran wrap ... tee-hee, always thinking.

Had breakfast with my sister again, this time I woke her up at 7:40am, the girls woke me at 4:00 but I didn't move till 5:00, both made pottie. LIly never wayes me up, Ijust hear her licking and I know ... WOW! Buddy Look, mom had those banana and pecan pancakes again and 4 cups of coffee...hahaha, some bacon and split the eggs with her sister ... so thankful you're our friend. Luna told everyone about the song you sent and Miss Lisa liked it so much Luna sent it to her to share ... that's my girl. Hugs to you, Luna & her mom

...remember tomorrow is Friday and oh, laundry dayfor mom, guess so breakfast !!! hahaha. Come on Buddy, we need to try and make those pancakes, they looked and smelled sooooooo good! Help me in the kitchen will ya, he's up for the challenge, expecially when he gets to try them first! ...Luna walks up quietly and see's Buddy napping, she snuggles up next to him and they contine to sleep ... until looks down ... jumps to her feet with her tail wagging ... It seems mom's sister Sue is visiting NYC all week and they had breakfast together, banana pecan pancakes, eggs and 7-grain toast ... Luna sniffs as she can smell the raspberry jam...Looks at Buddy wanting to wake him for breakfast but waits and watches. Then mom took her sister home to get Lily and Opal for a walk, and they walked them to the Marriott, they look at eachother and said, what the hay ... Sue carried Lily and mom held Opal and they walked past the front desk towards  the elevators ... the girls didn't make a sound, and surprised uncle george who was resting ... the last time they saw Lily was months ago and she was about 6 lbs. Then mom carried BOTH OF THEM out the same way and on one said anything except one woman in the elevator who asked is this a dog friendly hotel, which mom replied, "don't know", only went to drop something off, we weren't staying .. and out past the front desk through the revolving doors. ah ha ... made it ... Luna spins ... George said he noticed a difference in Lily, and said it musyt have bene Opal, she needed a friend. then back home and late for work again ... MOm picked up a matching raincoat for Opal like lily had, and it didn't cost her anything cause she returned the size 8 coat she previously bought cause it's clearly too small now ... Do you know when I got Opal she was 2 lbs and fit in a side 6 coat, which mom has, mom already has an 8 and when she saw a patching coat to Lily's in a 10 she bought it ... My mom, the super shopper. and it seems her twin sister might come into the city Saturday so we can visit with my niece who is coming too to see a few plays and is now off in school. MOm has Nancy's BD party Sat night, and we'll the morning should be nice, and if her twin sister doesn't come she can still get Kat and play with the girls, (Sandy too), cause she needs to get out more. I LOVE YOU MOMMY! PPS: She mentionted to Frank to please look at a calendar, mom doesn't want him talking the dogs to the bungalow alone, and he said, do you think I'm going to sit home on the 4th of July, we'll far be it for him to inconvenience himself, mom just said, this is probably her last trip and she'll only go for a few days M-F and she wants to know when he will commit to be home! Cros your fingers, even a few days would be ok, and you're right, I would miss them. We'll see. Love, Nadine

Can you imagine, they are sensoring my review...the play was nice, nice scenery and set, but they changed the ending, the didn't show the rose and ring that was left by her stone with a black ribbon tied around it ... oh well, mom's sister is in al week, and she'll review the plays, she's seeing south pacific tonight and nancy wanted to see that for her bithday. Rogers and Hammersteins is always good...can't wait, hope it's a good show. and remember Polly, take this time to sit back and relax, put up some tea, watch a movie, snuggle in a blanket, at least you have love in your heart and your home, with a warm bed to cozy up in ... we'll be over later ... can we have popcorn? HI MISS POLLY ... LUn astrolls right into her office like she own the joint and sits up on her desk wagging her tail, ... sending "everone elses papaer a flying ... but not yours, Luna and Buddy have their paws on yours .... We'll the play was nice, nice set and scenery but the ending was wrong, didn't have them go back to the woman resting place (she passed), and there was supose to be a rose with a ring attached to a ribbon ... urggh, hate when they change the endings ... my sister is seeing a few plays this week, she'll be in town for the week at the marriott ... her & hubby's little getaway, tonight is south pacific, then schrek, and I'm not sure what else, but this way I can get a review before I get the tickets for nancy, she wanted to see south pacific for her B-day. CALL ME miss Polly!!! Oops, mom forgot the black and white cookies ... will stop by the store later! Luna taps hiss Polly on the shoulder, relax, put your feet up, put in a movie, make popcorn ... we'll be over! WIsh I lived closer and your neighborhood was warmer ... had to get out my warm coat today, artic chill in the air all week, so in a way ... we're closer than you think. Hugs, Luna & her mom

my sweet boy, for some reason I miss you so very much tonight...maybe it's because r is gone on a business trip and the house seems so lonely...the song i put on your main page reminds me so much of you..your eyes were so bright one second and then the next you were gone...reminds of when my dad had the stroke and that brightness in his eyes and how scared i was...i can understand how puck's mom feels...too much sadness sometimes....have to remember all the good things too and be happy for that...i must be tired.......xxoo...love to you and all your little friends too....

Hi Miss Polly, just  went to the Drs on Tuesday for tests, I go back again in 3 months,  plus I go back next month anyway. It was strange, never happened before ...  just couldn't catch my breath, like caughing when food went down the wrong pipe but I wasn't eating? ... will remember to tell the Dr. Feeling better today, humm,

Hi Buddy, you know, just this morning i was thinking about ** pj's, hahaha...what color you woul dlike, you can pick any color, do you want long lounge pants with a tank top, anything for you!!! Hugs Polly ... Mom thought maybe you were napping or having dinner ... Yes thanks, feeling just a little better today. I took the girls out this morning at 6:15am, Opal walked around and woke me up, and she went poopie outside, so I said, "good girl, you're gonna get chicken", and you could see itin her face she knew that word. Lily took away her new toy bought for teething, and Lily would rather wait till Opal eats some of her breakfast, then polishes off her bowl and starts on hers ... maybe I should just change positions??? Lily is always looking to see what Opal has and they have the same (except for the teething toy), I thought Opal would eat it ... it's not that strong? I cried yesterday when I found Luna's leash, the pink leather one with the crown slide that she chewed, Opal came over and licked me and the leash and then gave lots of kisses, Lily didn't move from the couch, and something strange, yesterday after their walk I had a dry caugh but couldn't hardly cough because I couldn't catch my breath, (something like asthma maybe, couldn't get air),  I rested on all 4's in the kitchen coughing we'll trying and trying to breathe ... Opal came right over, looking, watching, moving around me, Lily looked up but came no where near, she never got off the couch ... humm, Opal has my back, and I'm not sure what's up with Lily. She might be jealous, but she was jealous before Lily of any of my attentions, Opal might get a little more attention because she initiates it, she follows me, coes over to see, if I leave the room she looks for me, Lily ... she just waits, but at least I don't have to dig her out of the back of the couch to go for a walk now. Before she would see me get the leash and go behind the couch??? They both get hugs and kisses, ... what's a mom to do? Talk to you later. Hugs, Luna

it's always time for jammies, if I took a shower and relaxed after eating, on would go the jammies, and it would be movie night all night ... and I would brush my teeth and comb my hair so all I had to do was jump into bed, but would always have to rebrush teeth cause I would eat ice cream or cookies and munchables ...Luna

Hi Buddy, still raining huh! I hated the rain, wouldn't even stick my neck out the door, no, not me!!! Humm, need to have a warm soapy towel and wash cloth to clean their toes before they come in ... a "foots" bath".

Do you think we sould dress up for Valentines Day or have asexy pajama slumber party? ... hum, I was thinking a silk  with lace trim ... that way we can just kick off our slippers and jump in to bed! NO, you don't have to sleep in the pajamas ...   did that come out right! hahaha, come on, Luna grabs Buddy by the hand and they're off to breakfast!

Work out home, never have to go out in the cold, dogs free roaming all day long, nice walks during lunch time, eat in every day and not have to prepare food till your hungry ... sounding pretty good to me! We love your Polly!!! Luna & her mom

PS: Mom would trust Frank, but since he'll be going to the bungalow, and maybe someone will let the dogs out by mistake has mom shaken, and how does he think he's going to drive 1.30 hrs without someone to help, they have never been crated and  Luna never did well in the car either (car sick) and I was always holding her. What would he do if they threw up while driving??? Curse them? probably won't go anywhere ... not if they leave the house, if he stays home, maybe ... but not sure! They still might feel neglected, especially if he goes out.

Ahh, thanks Buddy ... I could use the extra sleep! a few hours later she wakes to find BUddy helping her out of her blanket ... she smiles and says, "what would I ever do without you!" He has his car parked outside and they both jump in for a spin ... VArOOOMMMM, and their off to breakfast! As Buddy parks the car Luna taps him on the shoulder, you mom got rain today ...
