Hello Karen and her handsome little boy, Simon. Dollie and I would really like to thank you both for remembering her on her birthday. Even after twenty eight months of her residing at The Bridge, nothing is more thrilling to her daddy than for him to receive an email notification that she has a new guestbook entry. Karen, can you picture, like I can, our two little sweethearts frolicking and playing together in the lush, green fields? Chasing butterflies and trading stories of the lives that they shared with us? Or, more importantly, the lives that we'll share with them once again, this time for eternity? Goodness gracious! Little man Simon Bagley, we are so sorry that we missed such an important day. We have not been on Critters much for the past few months, as I have been working a lot of overtime. Please know that you are very special to us, and we treasure who you both are. Prince Simon, please forgive us.

Hello Karen, our hearts are with you. The anniversarys, birthday...holiday are all so very difficult. We think of you often and are so glad we know you both. Although the circumstances of our meeting happened due to our losses, the bond and compassion we share for each other and all the other Criitters family is a tight-knit bond. We luv you both. Give Skylar a big smack on the cheek for me. I've asked my girls Ebony and Maggie Mae to give Simon a peck on the cheek for me. Hugs!

Karen, I am so sorry that I missed Simon's one year anniversary. I found you in another guestbook. I must say that simon is by far the cutest Yorkie that I've ever seen. What a beautiful boy! (puck sees his note with a blue painted paw print so he knows simon has been back at his condo....he gets to work....he pushes the cart up to simons door and unlaods blue (county blue) pillows all fuzzy and stuff and places them around simons condo....he takes the 14 cupcakes (dog-zerts) from the barkery with dollie gurls icing and places them around simons place....on the bureau, cart, table, and in front of the door by his little red pillow.....he takes his man bag out and hears zeke and kit cat outside as they peek thru the door.....puck motions both to come in....he gives zeke and kit cat a pawfull of confetti in the shape of georgia and each sprinkle em around....

next he blows up blue (country blue) and some red balloons that just match bandanas and ribbons that he wears.....and zeke and kit cat place them around simons condo.....while zeke and kit cat are placing ballons, puck goes to his cart and unloads a large box of mr pibb....zeke runs out and helps himself to the red vines that are in the packages on the cart....(they all sit down and have a little snack) 

CrAzY DEliCiOuS!  

inside..zeke has found a set of drums.......since simon bagley is playing drums in the ' RB PUPS-call Not So Flatts Band' ....zeke takes simons drumsticks and makes some noise on simons little drum set.....

the sound is heard throughout rainbow bridge......

puck unloads some firewood....and puts a little table cloth down for a campfire picnic ......and has a buffett set up that christian, luna, dollie gurl, blossom has prepared special for simon ....  with help from zeke and kit cat he takes the large cake and puts in the middle of the table cloth......

he lites the fire...and hangs the banner that luke has painted...

.....BABY BOO.......

with the help of simons friends,  puck puts lanterns in place and lights each one up....they flicker in the slight breezes of Rainbow Bridge.....

(simon sees the lights of his place in the distance and runs to his place with all his friends in tow......simon has invited all of rainbow bridge over....all his friends...join simon at his condo....they are talking laffing and ....wide eyed and smiling.....he looks around......he sees kit cat and zeke and ......and puck .....standing there smiling....

puck lights the campfire and they all take smores and milk and lattes as each give simon a high 5 and hug..(simon sneaks kisses from the gurls....(some 2 and 3 times)...and smiles) 

he sees the red vines and mr pibb....and flashes a H U G E smile.....

ya know simon....ah.......dude to dude....puck turns to simon we are ever connected by 25 days simon bagley.....25.   

simon sees the sign BABY BOO......

he wipes a  tear....and thinks of karen and home.......and looks down to see his mom looking up....he thinks the lights from Rainbow Bridge will twinkle....

like stars in the heavens.......

he says what he is thinking....

'like stars in the heavens...we flicker......

i love you mom....

Happy 1st Angelversary you handsome little precious man. What an adorable Yorkie.  When these wonderful animals come into our lives they leave much too soon.  Their unconditional love and devotion are undeniable, however their memory will live on in our hearts and minds forever, and no one can ever take their place.Our Baci also had an enlarged heart for years, but a year before he left us he developed kidney failure, and I know exactly what you went through, trying to make that decision to let him go..  Your story of Simon filled my eyes with tears....  May happy memories of Simon always bring a smile to your face.
