Dearest Gina and precious Saada ... thank you so much for stopping by and your wishes for a Happy Valentine's Day and to my Sammy on his birthday.
Thought it will be a sad day for me .. I am going to take Cupcake and Xander for a ride in Sammy's "truck" .. as it did belong to him .. so Cupcake and Xander now will have to go for a ride .. and perhaps have a McDonald's Cheeseburger .. all in remembrance and in honor of my beloved son Sammy.
Gina, how I miss Sammy so much. I thought the time would get easier .. but it doesn't seem to with me. I am just thankful for my Cupcake and Xander who bring me much joy.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU TOO .. Gina .. and may our furbabies be shinning upon us now and forever.

Happy valentimes a little early but yeah have a good one. Had bad weather lately so not safe for trailer to really be on the roads. But he will get to the sancuary one of these days lol dont worry his mommy me is making surre no one takes him any where else over my dead body. Take care.

Hi Gina... You have been in my thoughts too, and I have been meaning to drop by Saada's guestbook. Hope everything is going well for you. I hope little Juji is doing well too. Did you happen to watch the AKC Eukanuba National Championship competition on Animal Planet on Saturday? They had a beautiful dog on there that I had never heard of before -- a Thai Ridgeback. He looked a lot different from a Rhodesian Ridgeback, though he possessed that same unique ridge down his back. I looked into the breed and I guess they come in 4-5 different colors, have upward pointing ears, and some of them appear to have very loose skin, almost like they may be related to the Shar Pei possibly? I have an Animal Planet video on the Thai Ridgeback if you ever want me to forward it. Anyway, I never realized there are 3 breeds that are Ridgebacks -- I only knew of the Rhodesian Ridgebacks (and I still don't know what the 3rd one is). I am glad to hear that you are having a milder winter -- Wish we were! I will be glad to see Spring roll around, though I dread having to pull the multitudes of weeds all over again! Oh, and all the peanut sprinkling I have done lately to help feed the squirrels and blue jays has doubled the critter population! YIKES! I now have up to 8 squirrels and as many as 15-20+ blue jays! Did those jays go and call all their family members in Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina and tell them that my house was the place to go for peanuts or what? Sadly, I do have a psycho red-tailed hawk who has hunted down a few of the blue jays and mourning doves while they were trying to feed and made lunch out of them. He is a sneaky and stealthy hunter and I once witnessed him grab a grackle while they were both in flight and carry it off. I know he has to eat too, but there are literally miles and miles of surrounding woods where I live, so I would prefer that he not hunt at my birdfeeders or on my deck! I bet your Pete is just glad he can hog all the peanuts for himself and eat them in peace. :) Well, just know that You and your precious girls, Saada & Juji, are in my thoughts.
