To Saada and Family,  Thank you so much for the kind e-mail to JJ on his birthday.  I still miss him so much. I'm so glad you adopted Saada--it's obvious she was so loved by you.  Like JJ you lost Saada too soon.  It's so frustrating to find such a perfect creature only to have to let go way sooner than is emotionally possible.  The only thing besides the wonderful memories that we have of them is to know that even though their time was short-- it was the best we could give and vice versa.  Thanks Again!

I did not see your mommy on Little Bits site so I thought I had better stop by and inform you.  Laura, Dale's mom, told me about it.  Little Bit's fur sister, Lizzie, is very sick, and is just a puppy (1 year old).  She is having a lot of seizures, and her mommy is worried sick.  Have your mommy go onto Little Bits site (maybe Little Bit), and post a warm message to her earthly mommy, and her sister Lizzie.  They need warm, loving thoughts.  We love you so much Saada!  Kisses & hugs.

Thank you for remembering Shaver.  He was my little furry boy.  I do not have kids either and both my cats (Bolivia and Shaver) were my kids for 15-18 years. Saada sounds amazing, I am sure the loss left a big empty space for you.  I know she is in your heart everyday.

It was so nice of you to think of me; I could not come back to the memorial on the date of his death; I am doing fine, I still cry and even though I have Oli now it will never be the same.My Orejas was unique.

Thank you so much for stopping by on Max's one year angel day.  It is a day with high emotion for us.  We remember Max's last day with us and that was indeed one of the worst days of our lives.  But we remember too that because of the time we had with Max we also had many, many of the very best days of our lives because he was so full of love and joy.

Yes, Dick's comment near the end was very sad to me too, and I cried.  I just emailed him 3 ecards from American Greeting cards, of which I am a member.  All of Dick and Mari's kids live very close by.  Their son Brian (in this late forties, I believe) is back living at home with Dick.  Marya and Danielle live in Santa Clara and Los Altos respectively with their own families.  Marya lost her husband, Frank (age 60), and her mom two weeks apart this year.  What a tragedy!!! She has grandkids too so there are alot of very close family members around.

Hi Gina.... Thank you so much for stopping by.  You have truly been such a great friend to me here at  Critters, and I want you to know how much that has meant to me.  I am very glad to hear that you are feeling better.  Sunshine and being outdoors sure does help a bit, doesn't it?  My computer & AOL has crashed, so I am having to borrow one when I can lately.  I willl email you when I get a chance about a neat encounter that I had a couple of days ago at the lake with a sweet Rhodesian Ridgeback.  I don't see many of those around, but I had a chance encounter with a woman on vacation with her young R.R. who was just precious.  During the encounter, something happened that I sort of saw as a sign from my girl.  Maybe it was just a coincidence, but it touched my heart just the same.  There is something else about the encounter that I think you might find interesting too.  I will email you the details when I get a chance.  It was neat.  Well, I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Gina.  I am glad you are doing better.  Thank you again for thinking of me and my girl.  I greatly appreciate it  :)
