_Maddie lets herself in through the back door, pulling behind her a little red wagon with all the makings for a really brilliant Birthday party. In the wagon is a multi-color birthday cake, tiny antique cake saucers, silver cake forks, a cut glass vase and a pink, satin ribbon wrapped bouquet of cream roses. There is a punch bowl filled with the most yummy pink punch and enough little cups for all of Chloe Bears friends at Rainbow Bridge.

Maddie gets to work setting up the table and the sideboard, dims the lights, lights the candles on the cake and in the candle glow Maddie sees her friend Chloe is watching.....suddenly the room fills with little fur-angels, all on golden wing singing the HAPPY BIRTHDAY tune..... WHAT A LOVELY DAY FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN HEAVEN. Happy Birthday, Chloe Bear.

I Thought of You Today

I woke early this morning, lifted the shade

to a sky overcast and gray.

No ray of sun to brighten my heart,

and I thought of you today.

The breezes of summer are no more

and have moved along on their way.

The crisp air of autumn has settled in,

The crunch of the leaves under my feet,

I remembered how you loved to play,

Your little "baby" IS a doll and I know in some way will always be with you. I think maddie & Chloe have met there at Rainbow Bridge...at least I HOPE so.

there are no words...i know...none of comfort anyone can say ... i know you miss your chloe bear so very much...i can hardly come on here with out thinking of the wonderful friends puck has....

and pucks friends, family and friends..somedays ..the more things change the more they stay the same....

we are all connected by 1 thing...the loss of our babies....
