I LOVE the pics.!!! ALSO- LOVE THE IDEA OF A sep.page for MADDTIQUE! I guess we have to decide WHICH way it will be spelled, we have been going back and forth between MATTIQUE and MADDTIQUE. Opinion??? Also,im not sure, but I thought the 50s decor was for the opening of the malt shop. BUT it is right next door, anyway. Thought it could be called something like "TWO MALTS & A POODLE" or "MALTS OF MALTA" or.......what do you think? I kinda like "Two Malts & a Poodle" or "2 Malts & a Poodle", numerical 2, rather than "TWO"??? I figured that ALL 3 dogs would OWN the malt shop with Cuddles at the helm???Anyway, HOW combined do you think the two shops should be? A LOT of this will be up to you due to my crummy computer skills AND my ancient machine. When everyone in the house went to laptops&notebooks, I inherited "THE MONSTER", BUT because the equip is SO large, I also get the WHOLE "computer room", small[the smallest bedroom] BUT it is MINE!!! The old machine is sometimes a bear to work with, a ton of little probs. and it has been in & out of"surgery" at the computer place BUT I own the computer room because of it!!! So, you have the skills and I think a better machine.......your thoughts???

Hello Vicki, thank you so much for stopping by and visiting Maggie Mae and I. I just logged into Critters the very moment you left the lovely message in my precious girl's guestbook. It means so much to me. I have not been on Critters as much as I'd like to. I am so fragile emotionally after losing three of mine. I log in and try to visit, but I find myself crying instead.

I am so deeply saddened you had to be separated from your beautiful little angel. Her memoiral is absolutely beautiful. The music...the picures...the graphics...thank you so much for sharing Misty with us. It took this last fifteen minutes for me to pull myself together enough to type my condolences condolences. I cried do hard it took my breath away. I didn't expect the flood, but I sure needed it. Thank you kindly for helping me release some more of my grief.

I've lost three of my "kids" in two years and with each one that goes I change a little bit more. I will never be the same. I am filled with joy for all the years we were blessed with each other, but the pain of losing them is beyond what I can ever explain in words...I've tried. After reading Misty Roses' memorial, I know you completely understand. Where did the years go? Our time together went by so quickly.

I want to apologize for not visitng you two sooner. My "labrador angel" Ebony's second year gone was on April 21st, and I was a mess, to say the least. I guess I unintentionally withdrew from everything for a while. I see that Misty and Ebony sharre the same birth month and year...that tore at my heart strings. 

Both Ebony and Maggie Mae were taken from me suddenly. One day they were here, and the next they were gone. Shabba Lou was dianosed with congestive heart failure in January 2007, and he finally left me on June 30, 2008, as few days after his birthday. I feel like I've been in a whirlwind of emotions since Ebony went on her eternal journey. I still have five pups and a cat so I have a long way to go and many goodbyes ahead of me. I hardly leave the house anymore. Every "second" I have left with each one of them is so very precious...I give every second I can to them.

Vicki, I am a graphic design artist, and if you wouldn't mind, I'd love to create a beautiful picture of Misty. Although I've created many for my friends here at Critters, I haven't created one for quite some time. My email address is above so feel free to email me, if you would allow me the pleasure, and I can email the picture back to you. You can tell me what color you would like and the theme, and I'll design what I see in my mind. I just got done reading about how Misty Rose passed on, and I'm crying.  It was SO Sad!  Precious, sweet little girl!    I am reminded of how recently she passed getting on your site.  Wow, just 4 months and 2 weeks ago.  It is far too soon to think of ever getting another dog Vicki.  No one can ever replace your Misty Rose.  She was adorable; she was your baby!  I totally understand your feelings Vicki.  Duke was the love of my life, my soulmate and my best friend, and no one can take his place; he and I were attached at the hip.  I do have 5 dogs currently; 2 of which were raised with Duke, and the other 3 I adopted in the past 2 years.  Duke knew my goldens, Happy and Cooper, but a year ago I adopted a 12 year old cocker spaniel, Niki (girl), who is now 13.  I strongly believe she was a gift sent to me by Duke.  I mean that from the bottom of my heart and soul.  Maybe one day in the future, that will happen for you too.  I believe Misty Rose would want for you to give another dog a second chance.  So many wonderful dogs need great homes like yours.  Me, Duke, and my furbabies family at RB send Misty Rose our loves, hugs and kisses.  Big hugs to you too Vicki.  Allow yourself to grieve; it is very normal and without question.

Was it you that did the special photo's for Puck's first year angel day?  Did Lisa get them?  I haven't been to Puck's site yet.

Ckc stands for both Canadian K.C. And Continental K. C. amd CERTAIN "new" breeds can be reg. with either, BUT NOT akc. They are the most strict. Cavachons, maltipoos and a few others are now accepted depending on parentage. One takes only F1[first generation] Continental, takes both F1 and F2[2ond generation] Continental is controversial, depends who you talk to. We are in the good ole USA!   S.

Hi! Misty, my mommy is having big probs uploading photos on her machine, looking into what seems to be the prob, HER or THE MACHINE Ha!    M.

Vicki-"The baby" is NOT Maltese AND husband said NO, as well BUT changed mind when he saw Mandy. She is a Cavachon, [BICHON X CAVILIER] We were BOTH terrified of more health issues with another purebred of ANY breed, BUT we still wanted to stay FAIRLY small-He, [husband] still says "this was YOUR idea, I did NOT need this" BUT in the end he KNOWS I let him make the FINAL choice, well, sorta. MANDY is apricot color, now a bit over 12 wks. and a bit over 6lbs. Paper trained herself, VERY laid back but still loves to play. Pretty much non shed. She is 1st generation[2ond generation is also being raised] and she can be reg. at ckc[not AKC]
