Hi Maddie, ... I'm right here! Luna smiles and takes her paw ... hummm, think after breakfast we'll sit by the stream ... ahhh, a beautiful day to walk in the sunshine, as they approach the stream they see all their friends baskin in the sunshine, toss tiny stones, resting among the beautiful flowers, and sitting in the cool grass under the shade of the big oak tree... come on, look ...  can you see that rainbow ... as they look at the mist of the water from the waterfall, in the clear mist cascading off the rocks is a rainbow! Sherri, Critters is the only place where people act like Fayeroe existed in my life. My friends and my family haven't talked to me about her. If I bring her up (which I quit doing) someone says "I know".....know what? That my heart is broken and probably won't mend much until I can break down with someone who cares and cry for hours?

If it wasn't for Critters, I would be as lost as I was the night I found her dead.

Little Maddie and Mom  Thnak you for coming to see Miss Kia again,   I am not looking forward to Dec at all, I could not even do Christmas , how could I   my baby was gone, I had nothing to be  happy about ,we had just lost our little girl  as we have no childrem she was iit, we will supported each other   Miss Sherri its hard to lose our babies but Dec just seems even worst.    Kia and Maddie are winning at Hide and seek  , Kia has her under her wing.......

Thank you so much for showing love on Jake's angel day!!! It is a very difficult time. We miss him so, as you do  your precious Maddie. They leave paw prints all over our hearts, & will never be forgotten! I know this is hard for you also!  I tear up when I read the comments, but I am glad for the company of people like you, so caring... God Bless You!!! May you find peace in the company of others who are also enduring the profound loss of their beloved family members. 

  I know she meant a great deal to you and your family; and she was very blessed to share your life.  The time we have with our beloved family members is not nearly long enough.  If I may, quote from a passage by Sir Walter Scott (I believe he sums it up quite nicely). "The final cause of dogs having such short lives ...is in compassion to the human race; for if we suffer so much in losing a dog after an acquaintance of then or twelve years, what would it be if they were to live double that time?"

Hi Maddie's family.  You asked about Sambo. Yes i know him. Him and i are healthy again and running around the beautiful meadows here. All of us Boxer's are wiggling our butts around as you know we have no tails so our whole  back ends have to be wiggleing when we are happy. Sambo and i have alot of fun playing chase the ball and frisbee that the Angels throw for us. Maddie joins us too as do all the Angels. We love you. Blowing kisses in the breeze. Luke

Well Maddie and Sherri.... it was nice to see Maddie's little face on Kia's tribute this morning as this day is still a very hard day for me, its been 8 months today that Kia left me  so Maddie's little face made me smile. What a beautiful baby girl. I know my angel Keto will surely snuggle up to her. Keto has a kind heart and eyes that melt the soul so your angel is with good friends. We had a rough year of multiple myeloma cancer with Keto boy. We had a bad vet who mislead us and so we started treatment too late and only had 3 mths with chemo. My hearts is broken and I will never be the same again. I wish I could tell you it goes away, but it never does. It gets a little easier at times. So glad Keto and Maddie are loving each other in heaven. Peace be with you and your family. We shall mourn and love together my friend.

hello (or hullo) ...very   pretty    girl....(puck bowing)  not so french.....BUT...i am from minnesota ... i would say more norweigan poodle that an actual (puck  puts his paws up to do the [air quote]) french poodle.....and being I am from Minnesota which is close to Canada (not to far away from Winnipeg)  and oh...my mom, she has been to Quebec where they speak french...

oh...i know french toast...no personally but i LOVE french toast!

cmon maddie legs go to lunettas and get some toast of french.....with oh...being canadian and all that...Maple Syrup...yummmm...

sticky tho...lunettas has some little serviettes...(wet pre moistened towelettes) serviette is pre moistened towel in french...so hay...i forgot..i know like 5 words...tee hee

Oh Sherri, I wish I could help take yur pain away,would you be happier if you never shared your life with her, I would say NO ... and with a great love comes missing them as we do. I will miss Luna every day, and my life is forever changed, but I have to learn to live thru it, pick myself up, not give up ... our girls would excpect that, and I know it;s not an easy task ...

Luna flutters in and grabs Maddie by the han, come with me little one ... and they head out to the beach, Luna and Maddie sit on a glider on the deck and as she tosses a piece of bread in to the water ... all the fish are so exceited to get fed, she explains, see that little ripple there, it has a beginning but no end, the motion will continue, just like true love ... it will alwyas be there ... Luna tosses a piece of bread in the air and a bird catches it ... hahaha, that's blue bird ... we send him on errands from time to time ... so never look up with your mouth open.I sure hope that put a little smile on your face, he's pottie trained. Know you little one is well cared for and over time you will learn how to carry her withyou without all the sadness.

Tis dusk and all the angels gather at the beach and toss in a coin, so if you see a coin on the floor don't overlook it, the angels have taught them to toss coins for us to find in all types of places, and when you see one, you will bend to pick it up and think of her.Looks for the signs, they are all around us. Luna has a message for Katie, as she clicks her heels 3x's, "there's no place like home!" Hugs, Luna & her mom

little sweet heart, Maddie, "Padaddie", my perfect BabyDOG, I miss you SOoo much. I have kept busy with all that is going on&with Kate the great! also, baby sitting for an Itallian Grayhound named Micky. He is a real gentleman and you would like him. Lizzie wants to race with him, he is afraid, poor Liz, misses the races you two used to have. Madster, little love, please say a prayer for Lizzie, she has had"sticky" eyes since her last immunization, bloodshot sometimes, too. Now one is cloud-like on the lens. Will talk with the vet in morning.I get really scared about these things since I lost you, little baby. I have met your friends and I LOVE them! Little Lunas mommy explained to me how to imagine where you are and what might be happening and it really helps and takes my mind off just how much your leaving still hurts, but then, I have a day like today----feels like Dec.12 was yesterday.

Maddie, mommy will ALWAYS miss you-till we -meet again and I can smell that young baby fresh scent of your beautiful coat, and twist your pony round my finger again----till then, little girl, come to mommy in dreams, if you can and enjoy the company of little Luna and adorable Puck, and Max, Simon, Rocky, Suzie and Misty Rose and ALL the others-----

Hi Sherri, I now the bond you shared with Maddie, but you see, like me you were not searching for her, she came to you ... and you knew ... your heart-dog. Although Lily is a different breed, each one is different, no two are the same, go with your heart and see, take your time it is not a race ... YOU WILL KNOW. When I wasn't  looking, or my heart was, and found Luna I was not looking her, nor was I looking for a little black fuzzy dog either, but when our eyes met I knew.  Some days I wonder if I should have waited ... felt the tug of the heart strings, but inside I know the love I shared with Luna was a unique bond, and not that I love these girls less, just differently.
