Dear Linda: Thank you so much for checking on us. Did you call today? I came in and a number briefly flashed on the caller ID and it was from New Jersey. I thought it might be you. I missed grabbing it.

I am still in shock about Moore. I really can't imagine how the people are feeling. Just so sad. xoxo Pat

Dear Linda and beautiful Milo:

Thank you for writing about Lacey. it has really been hard. I look for her constantly. She always ran along side of me and I think I hear her little feet. She was so smart and sweet. I think I might have prevented her dying if I had known something was wrong. She was eating, clucking and running around right up to the end. I had no suspicion she was ill.

The yard is pretty empty. Louise is heartbroken. She won't leave Lacey's crate. Lacey preferred sleeping in a small dog crate over the chicken house. Louise just waits and waits and waits. I have to feed and water her there becuse she won't leave the porch. :(

Thank you so much for being such a dear friend......Pat

Thank you Linda for the beautiful poem and for honoring my Misty Rose on her 4th Angelversary.  Today has been bittersweet for me as I had to babysit all day and then with the family problems I told you about.  Just didn't have much time to get here.  Still miss this girl as much as I did that first day she was gone.

Thank you Miss Lidna and precious Milo,

Thank you for stopping by on Luna's 5th angel day, and leaving us with such a beautiful poem. The light in our eyes will always shine, the warmth in our soul will always radiate with the warmth of their glow ... their love will surround us, and one day we will hold then in our arms again.

Luna looks on at the stars that sparkle and shine, as as one twirls and spins, we know it's because of you and the love we each share.  ((Hugs)) Luna and her mom Nadine

Thank you so much for remembering Zeke and I on his 2nd Angel Day.  My heart still hurts from losing him.  he was my shadow everyday.  He depended on me and I depended on him.  We had a special bond just like you did with Milo.  Milo was a very special boy and very much loved by you.  I know he is playing with Zeke now and having fun.  Thank you again.  janet

04-10-2013 2:38 PM -- By: Michelle & Princess,  From:

 Dear Linda and handsome Milo,

Thank you so much for your beautiful posts this past week. Because Princess has her angel day and her birthday so close together she often only gets a post on one or the other. To me anytime my baby can be remembered and loved by others (even if they never knew her) is cause for celebration. Memories are all we have of our furbabies now that they are gone but the friendships brought to us after their passing is a treasured new gift for sure.

We are still getting quite a bit of rain so there are muddy paws everywhere but the longer days hint at the days to come.  The little seasonal stream that runs under Princess's very own rainbow bridge is gurgling away and I love that.  I wish you all the best and thank you so much for your continuing friendship. Hugs to one and all.

Dear Linda,

Thank you for the sweet note, on Poochie's Birthday.  She'll forever be with me, as her love, companionship and our connection has changed my life forever.  PS- I now have 3 rescued pups and a kitty to share life with.

Lil' Milo was a lucky boy and you a lucky lady to have such a connection and love!

Kindly,Lauren

 Dear Linda and little Milo,

Thanks so much for stopping by Jolean's page yesterday. That onery kitty was the love our our son's life for almost 20 years. She was rescued from a dumpster along with her litter mates. When we took her in it was with the idea she was going to another home but try telling that to a 6 year old!

Dear Linda and Milo! How can we thank  you for the beautiful poem for Tippy's birthday? I sent it to both my daughters and asked if it "reminded them of anyone". They were so excited and of course are so thrilled that you wrote a poem for Tippy.  They both have a really hard time visiting Tippy's page and they both came to read your poem and look at the photos. Tippy really knewwho his family was and always treated them special.

Thank you again so much for the beautiful words. xoxox Pat,Tippy and Fayeroe

 Dear Linda and sweet Milo,

Thank you so much for your kind visit in remembrance of Princess's 6th angelday. I am sure there was quite a gathering across the bridge. In fact, I belive I felt a little angel dust fall from above.

Dearest Linda and Milo & family! Happy, happy Easter! I know that our kids are busy dyeing eggs and making baskets tonight. Belle makes her special chocolate cake tomorrow so all can have a bite  with their hot chocolate before bed. Linda, I want to thank you for noticing the light in my photographs. Light is my most important part of a photograph. I seek it out and somehow it comes to me. The photo that I have up now was taken on one of the best days of our lives together. It makes me feel good to see it because I know what a wonderful time Tippy had that day. We watched two cow dogs herding goats. One lay in the road and the other one was driving the goats. When the first one saw our truck, it jumped up and stopped the goats. After we drove by, the 'guard' dog gave the other dog a signal and it drove the goats on across the road. And people say 'dumb animals'. xoxox Big hugs to you and kisses on Milo's cute nose. Pat

I love Milo! Yes...he and Liam look quite a bit alike. The most kissable faces around. Thank you for visiting Liam...every day has been hard this past year and I surely miss him. I can't believe it has been a year....yet it seems like an eternity since I held my sweet boy. Blessings Linda

Dearest Linda and Gorgeous Milo: I hope you are well,   warm and cozy. I know you are as anxious for spring as we are..more so, I'm sure.

Linda, I changed Fayeroe's picture and read, once again, the wonderful poem you wrote for us. Of course I cried. I wanted to tell you that this time, I actually could see the pictures you painted more clearly than before. I was going to leave a note for her because the 18th is her 4 year and 1 month anniversary. Reading the poem helped me as I think about her being gone so long. It seems like yesterday some days and others it seems an eternity. We join together with our Critters family in the joy and sadness of having such wonderful, wonderful friends. Thank you again, friend. xoxox Pat

Hi Linda and handsome Milo, What a gorgeous memorial to your darling. Your love shines through every word, every picture and the beautiful music. Thank you so much for stopping by my “Sugar-bunny’s” memorial. It means so much to me. I have to keep on believing that our sweethearts are waiting anxiously for us. On the bright side, we receive so much love over the course of the years our lives are enhanced, and we have so much love and so many memories that we can journey with, to our end.  One thing will never change...we will be united forever by both the lives and losses of our precious angels. Their love is so powerful! Hugs to you both! May Milos memories and love continue to enrich your life.

Hi Linda and precious Milo - thank you so much for stopping by on Saada's birthday and leaving your very kind message! These milestone days are difficult, but I try to remember all the wonderful, fun times we shared. I will always cherish those memories, and of course the unconditional love remains with us forever. Thank you again.

P.S. your other post still has not come through yet. Not sure what has happened.

Thanks for remembering Cindy on her 4th angelversary. It means alot.

02-26-2013 5:36 PM -- By: pat,  From: oklahoma

Dearest Linda and Milo: I'm sitting here watching the goldfinches fight over the 6 perches on their feeder. I would think with a name like "GOLDfinches", they would be sweet and kind to one another. No, they are not.:)

I re-read the beautiful poem you wrote for Fayeroe and cried again. I so wish she was here with us. She would love everything. Faye was so open-hearted and always joined in all activities. She could give those bulls a run for their money by barking at them.

It is cold and very windy here today. The birds are extra hungry as they have almost finished their chopped corn. We run the occasional crow away and enjoy everyone else.

I see daffodils everywhere and want some for my yards. My niece told me I could dig some from her yard. She moved into a very old house and has hundreds all over the yards. My trumpet vines that I transplanted have lived, as have the crepe myrtles. All the pine trees made it but I killed a little cedar with manure tea. I thought it was diluted enough. :( I'm going to let the garden lay by this year and add compost and mulch to it. It is new ground and needs more nutrients.

Let us know how you are. Love all the pics of the handsome boy, Milo! xoxoxo Pat and family

02-23-2013 11:32 AM -- By: pat,  From: oklahoma

Dearest Milo: I am so sorry that I didn't visit Critters yesterday. I discovered a fume buildup from my gas heating stove and we had to get that fixed and stay out of the house until fumes were gone. Scary!

I hope that PattiLaBelle made even a bigger cake this year and that you got chocolate all over your beautiful fur. The reason I say that is because nothing pleases Henrietta more than grooming her friends and I know she had you spic and span in a little while.

I bet you got lots of cool gifts and had a good time opening everything. It is sunny here today and I may take at least two dogs for a walk. I think I have my bluff in on all 4 bulls now and can safely walk in the best pasture.

Have a cool, cool "after birthday" and tell everyone we said hello...xoxoxo Pat and family
