I thank you Gypsy and Caren for stopping by with your kind words on MR. Cloudy's 1st Angel Anniversary.  It was such

a sad day.  His dear friend Shiloh and I went and visited his grave as we always do every day just this time we couldn't leave for we miss him so much.  His memories will always be with me though.

Hi Caren and Gypsy Rose.  We were just over to the forum for a bit and thought we would stop by to see our neighbors. I lost Daisy about 2 weeks after you lost Gypsy Rose on her journey to Rainbow Bridge.  (Gypsy is probably showing daisy the ropes there)  Gyspy Rose is just a beauty. Wanted you to know it's been an emotional roller coaster for me, too.  We lost our cat exactly 1 month to the day before losing Daisy.  (We had Daisy 16 1/2 yrs.) but i have alot of guilt I'm dealing with due to her last couple days.  I never would have imagined I would go through so much heartbreak and pain in such a short period of time. It sounds like under the circumstances you did everything in your power.

Anyhow,  I know how it hurts because whether or not you have a child, the pets are really more loyal kids and loving than sometimes our own family members.   Seems like life is so unfair that way, because pets don't  get to have the life span, that we do.  Sometimes ours is cut short too, you never know.  I feel for you,  I know Gypsy was one of your littlle kids,  you can tell by the love in the pics and tributes.  You have a beautiful memorial to your little girl. I do think it's good that you have little Tinkerbelle to help you through.  She was Gypsy's sister you know and Gyspy Rose would want her and you to see each other through this.  Our pets loved and love us...they would want us to be happy in the time we have here and safeguard our cherished memories.  Thinking of you....glenise & daisy mae

ps   if you ever want to visit, feel free to stop by.  I think this "critters" site is right up there next to Heaven, as the folks here are all Angels

Hi Caren. I am so sorry i spelled Angel Gypsy wrong. Didn't have enough coffee yet. Please  edit that.;I am truely sorry.

I just read your post in the Forums and want you to know yes time helps SOME but for me after losing a few of my babies, i don't think the pain ever totally goes away as when we love them as much as we do,it is painful when they leave us. I think we just learn to live with the pain.

Take care.

Hugs

Gypsy Rose....... I am so sorry for spelling your name wrong precious Angel.

I'll remember you
When I've forgotten all the rest,
You to me were true,
You to me were the best.
When there is no more,
You cut to the core
Quicker than anyone I knew.
When I'm all alone
In the great unknown,
I'll remember you.

I'll remember you
At the end of the trail,
I had so much left to do,
I had so little time to fail.
There's some people that
You don't forget,
Even though you've only seen'm
One time or two.
When the roses fade
And I'm in the shade,
I'll remember you.

I'll remember you
When the wind blows through the piney wood.
It was you who came right through,
It was you who understood.
Though I'd never say
That I done it the way
That you'd have liked me to.
In the end,
My dear sweet friend,
I'll remember you.  Lyrics by Bob Dylan

01-23-2010 12:50 PM -- By: Lauvern,  From:

Hi Caren. Thankyou for keeping mr informed on precious Tinker Bell. "the poor baby". I will keep good thoughts and keep her in my prayers for a speedy recovery. I know with the love and care you give her,she will be up and running in the four months it takes to totally heal. At least that is what the Vet told me when Toby's knee was fixed. He wanted to run long before the 4 months but i had to stop him as i did not want anything to go wrong. After the 4 months ,i still walked him on leash and slowed him down and avoided him from jumping up on the couch or bed by buying doggy steps for every couch, chair and bed in the house. He still uses them, which is great. I think the bulldog has alot of weight to land on his legs jumping from the bed, etc. The vet did agree and told me the doggy steps for them are a great idea. I also had my hubby build him a ramp that hooks on to the thresh hold of the car floor which he uses to get in and out of the car. This stops alot of jumping. I carry the ramp with me in the trunk of the car at all times. He waits for me to set it up before he gets in and out of the car.Ha-Ha. My vet had saw this awhile back and thought it was a great idea.

Take care and please stay in touch and let me know how Tinker Bell is doing. I am sure she will be just fine.

Hugs

Beautiful Gypsy Rose had a great and happy life because of you. Cherish the memories, she is not gone, only separated for a while. You two are an examples of great parents. We need more people like you. Reading stories like yours makes me even more aware of how flimsy this life is and to love and cherish my "kids" even more. Love, Carmen and Gang

01-20-2010 5:32 PM -- By: Yukon & Tami,  From: Montana

Thank you for the birthday greetings!  Yukon got along with everyone (unlike his brother Niki show shares this birthday).  I'm sure he and Gypsy are good friends by now.  Miss him and the rest of the family so much.   Appreciate your note.   You have a beautiful memorial and Gypsy Rose was a lucky dog to have you as her mom.
