First anniversary obituary HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS!
Today you woud have been 15 years old! Your dad paid for a beautiful memorial obit in our local paper. You are a star again. So many people knew you when we would go to the ferry dock each morning to see your dad off to work. It has come full circle now. After working elsewhere for 12 years, your dad has gone back to work in Seattle and takes the foot ferry once again. You would have loved to go see all the people once more.
Today I think of how smart you were. You knew so many words. Especially "B" words like biscuit or bisky bone, bone, beachy, breakfast, bedtime and more. You also knew dinner, hungry, ride, car, food, goodies, Teven, outside, hurry up, leashy and so many more I have forgotten.
I also think of the things you loved like your lambies, ice cream, spaghetti, going for a ride, swimming for your stick, taking walks, rolling in the snow, eating snowballs, sledding and CHRISTMAS the mother of all good times!
And how you loved people...everyone, everywhere.
Of course there were things you didn't like too like baths or getting brushed or having your nails clipped. You bore those crossses with the dignity fitting a royal girl though. What a special girl you were in so many ways.
I will do my best to remember you with joy today...the way you met every day...with joy.
Happy Birthday my Baby Girl. |
