Hello, and welcome to a page that I've created to introduce you all to Dollie's family.

Jake Cothran: 1994-2007

First up, I'd like to introduce you to the patriarch of the Cothran family. This big, strong, handsome man's name is Jake. Jake came to us as a rescue from a abusive family when he was about four years old. How someone could have been mean to this sweet, sweet boy is beyond me. It took him a while to comprehend a loving home but when he did, he returned that love ten-fold. You could always count on "Ol' Jake" to keep law and order amongst the masses. Jake left me for Heaven on January 23, 2007. He took a large piece of my heart with him. I love you Mr. Jake..;)

Next up, I'd like for you to meet my best friend, Snowball. This pretty young man was born on February 4, 2003. He came into my life at eight weeks old. I suppose that "Billy" is actually my brother's boy. (My brother and I live together) But since Dollie left me in June, he has really attached himself to me, and I have to him. There have been many days and nights that I wet his sweet, soft fur with my tears for Dot. He understood when many did not. I love him tremendously..;)

? And last, but CERTAINLY not least, I'd like for you to meet my bouncing, little baby boy, Zeb. "Zib" was born May 12, 2007, six weeks before Dollie left me. Little did I know that The Lord had created this little fellow just for me, to help fill the tremendous void in my heart and in my life that Dollie's departure created. Once I accepted that "Zib-Dib" was a blessing in himself and not a substitution for one, he and I have embarked on our journey together. A journey that, hopefully, will last for many, many years to come..;)
