Monday, September 5:  My beautiful kids .. Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M .. just making my weekly visit.  Hoping you three kids are having a great time up at Rainbow Bridge with all your wonderful friends that you have made.

Your sister Cupcake and brother Xander are doing wonderful.  They love running and playing in the yard .. barking at anything and everything.  Xander almost caught a hawk that was visiting the yard .. I believe looking for field mice or even lizards .. but luckily it flew off before Xander caught him/her.

Today is Labor Day for your dad .. and I am enjoying my dad off with Cupcake and Xander.  Will do some weed pulling .. especially those horrible "goat heads" that hurt so much when they get stuck on our feet and especially on Cupcake and Xander.

Monday, September 12:  Hello my beautiful Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M., just making my weekly stop over.  Hoping each of you are well and having a great time with your friends at Rainbow Bridge.

I have been fighting a bad sinus infection and I know you are always with me .. I remember you Sammy when you would never leave my side when you knew I was sick .. and I felt your presence with me .. and I know you sent Cupcake and Xander messages to stay with me while I was ill .. because they did not leave my side .. only to go outside to do their business .. so Thank You kids for that.

 Monday, September 26:  Sammy .. YOU ARE MY SPECIAL ANGEL .. you truly are.  How your dad loves and misses you so very, very much.  I think of you always .. and the times we shared .. 15 beautiful and wonderful years .. just YOU and I.

Each time I think of you, Sammy, I get a warm feeling and a BIG SMILE ... My Special Angel in Heaven .. how I miss you.  I know you are happy and with all your Rainbow Bridge friends ... but ... I ask you to always be with me, Cupcake and Xander.

Son, I have to tell you .. your sister Cupcake is so much like you .. and then .. there is your little brother Xander .. and he .. in his own way .. is quite like you too .. so you sent me two beautiful kids to love and protect.  You knew your dad had lots of love to give .. so you sent Cupcake and Xander to me ... so I thank you son.

Monday, October 3:  Hello my Special Angel Sammy .. Gabby and Bob M .. just making my weekly stopover.  Hoping that each of you are well and having a grand time up at Rainbow Bridge.  I know you have made so many new friends and have your old-timers there with you.  There are many days that I just sit here and "think" of you all up there .. running and playing together in those beautiful fields of Rainbow Bridge.

At night .. I go outside and look up to the heavens and see all the brightly-shining stars .. and know that it is you and all your friends letting your families down here know that you are watching over us ... so Thank You kids for that.

Thank you for always watching over your sister Cupcake and brother Xander .. they can get into trouble .. so always watch over them.  Know that your daddy loves each of you so very, very much .. and you are always on my mind.

Monday, October 24:  Dear Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... just stopping in on my weekly visit.  Hoping you three are having a great time up at Rainbow Bridge with all your friends.  Tell your beautiful friends that your dad says "HI" and that he loves them all ...

Yesterday your sister Cupcake and brother Xander and I attended an event for Pitbulls ... and also an adoption.  So many beautiful furkids looking for their forever home.  I truly showed off Cupcake and Xander .. Pitbull awareness .. that you beautiful Pitbulls are loving and loyal ... and that your breed is not a "vicious" breed as so many think.  You would be so proud of Cupcake and Xander as they "truly beamed and showed off" beautifully.  They behaved most of the time .. they just wanted to go and play with all the other bullies ... it was beautiful and a great day.

Always know that your dad loves and misses you so very, very much.  I look at each of your pictures and tears swell in my eyes .. because I miss you so much.  All I ask is that you never leave us .. always be with us .. guide us .. protect us .. and always let us know you near.  Dad, Cupcake and Xander

 Monday, October 31:  HAPPY HOWL-O-WEEN my beloved Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M.  I hope you three will dress up and go out trick-o-treating with all your Rainbow Bridge friends ... perhaps a visit to your dad's home?  I surely hope so.

Thank You kids for watching over Cupcake and Xander this past week while I was traveling at conferences ... I appreciate you kids.  Know that your dad Loves and Misses each of you so very much.

 Monday, November 7:  My dearest Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... hoping you three are doing well.  Cupcake, Xander and I are doing well .. just cold these past days as we got some snow.  As the snow was falling, Cupcake and Xander were outside jumping at the flakes ... I remember you, Sammy, when you used to do that.

The memories we made will always be within my heart and soul.  Always know that each of you are so loved and so missed by your dad.  Each day passes and I think of you.  I know you are well and having a grand time up at Rainbow Bridge with all your friends.

Monday, November 14:  Another week has gone by my beautiful Sammy, Gabby and Bob M ... how time is flying by.  The weather here is getting very cold and it is so windy.  I remember you kids hated the wind .. you would run outside .. do your business and run back in ... just like Cupcake and Xander are doing now.  

This morning I took them outside .. they did their business and looked at me as if saying "Dad, it is so cold .. let's go back inside" .. which we did.  Memories in the making .. and memories remembered.

Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... always know that you are so loved and so very missed by me.  Always watch over me, Cupcake and Xander ... let us know you are nearby ... Monday, November 21:  My dearest Special Angel Sammy .. Gabby .. and little Bob M .. just making my weekly visit.  Hoping you three kids are well and having fun up at Rainbow Bridge.  Are you all getting ready for Thanksgiving?  Me, Cupcake and Xander will spend Thanksgiving together .. just us three .. just like we used too, Sammy, remember those days?  I surely do.

 Monday, December 5:  Good Sunday Morning my Special Angels, Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M.  Oh how much snow we have to day.  

Your sister Cupcake and brother Xander were having a blast running and playing in the snow .. remember those days Sammy? I surely do.  As I watched Cupcake and Xander running and playing, it brought memories back.  In fact, Sammy, were you here visiting with Cupcake and Xander .. because, as I watched Cupcake and Xander I could have sworn I saw you right behind them .. and what smiles it brought to my face.

Sammy, I will always love and miss you, my son .. Always watch over Cupcake and Xander and protect them while I am working or away.  Ok, son.

 Monday, December 12:  My beloved Sammy, Gabby and Bob M ... oh how your dad is missing you these days.  I guess because the holidays are getting closer.  Sammy, I remember how you used to love to watch me decorate the beautiful Blue Spruce trees outside and then just glance at the lights when I turned them on.

Those were the grand days ... these days, I don't decorate much anymore.  Sammy, please send me the encouragement to decorate ... it is just not in me anymore.

I also ask you to always watch over your sister Cupcake and brother Xander.  How I love them .. and they know when I am sad .. just like you used to know everything about me.

Monday, December 19:  Another week has gone by .. so here I am visiting you beloved kids again.

Did you see the pictures that our dear friend Lauvern created for me.  Lauvern is a generous and thoughtful Lady and I am so thankful she came into my life .. and why .. because she has furkids up at Rainbow Bridge .. they are there with you.

As Christmas approaches, each of you will be in my thoughts as Cupcake and Xander spend this time with me .. just us three .. loving one another.

 January 3, 2012:  My beautiful Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... I am so very sorry I have not been by in two weeks.  Please forgive me, I'm not trying to make excuses, but I had been extremely busy with your sister Cupcake.  She has injured her left-rear leg and/or ligament and/or ACL, so I have been watching and taking care of her.

She has been confined to the patio area so she could heal as best she can.  I do not want to take her to surgery at her young age.  She seems to be doing a bit better by being confined to the front patio.

I ask each of you beautiful kids to watch over Cupcake and Xander .. protect them and guide them.  You know, your dad loves each of you so very, very much and how I miss you.  Dad, Cupcake and Xander

 Monday, January 16:  To My Three Special Angels up at Rainbow Bridge ... coming by on my weekend stop-over.  How are you kids doing?  I know you three are all well and having lots of fun.

Kids, thank you so much for watching over Cupcake as she has been healing from her injury ... she's doing wonderful.  She is not limping any longer and she and your little brother Xander are back to their normal playing ... which truly puts a BIG SMILE on your dad's face.  I was so worried for her.

 Monday, January 30:  HI my beloved Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... how I miss you so much.  Today as I was outside playing with Cupcake and Xander .. I could have sworn I saw your silhouette running with Cupcake and Xander .. I think you were with them, Sammy, were you?  I surely hope you were because you truly made my day by being here with us.

Sammy, I even started shedding a few tears because I knew you came to visit us and was playing with Cupcake and Xander.  I even saw Cupcake and Xander look back behind them as if looking at you .... how you made my day son.

Always know that I love and miss each of you so much.  Always come visit us whenever you want as I surely need the visits.

Sammy .. so, son, your birthday is Tuesday ... HAPPY VALENTINE'S BIRTHDAY Sammy, how I miss you so much.  I am so thankful for that special day Nineteen (19) years ago ... you came into my life when I need you and you were my best buddy for all those years.

Know that I will be having a special day Tuesday .. all in your honor.  Be looking down upon me, Cupcake and Xander on Tuesday,  I will bring home a special cake for your birthday party and Cupcake and Xander and I will have a piece in your honor.  How will that be?  I know it will be a fun day for you with all your friends up at Rainbow Bridge.

Monday, February 27:  My beloved Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M ... just making my weekly stop over.  Hoping you three are doing well and having a grand day at Rainbow Bridge with your beautiful friends.

Well, this past Friday I, along with my favorite cousins, buried their father, my favoriate Uncle Gilbert.  I know you furkids were there waiting to welcome him home.  It has been a very sad time for me because Uncle Gilbert was a grand man and loved by many.  Please give him puppy kisses from me.

Monday, March 12:  Oh my Beautiful Angels .. Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M .. just making my weekly visit.  Another week has flown by and we had 3" of snow yesterday and you should have seen your sister Cupcake and brother Xander running and playing in the snow .. jumping up at those big flakes .. remember that, Sammy .. I know you do.

I hope you three beautiful Angels are doing well.  Always watch over me, Cupcake and Xander .. always let your sister and brother know you are with them and watching over them.  I don't have to worry because I know you are always with me in my heart and soul .. and boy, how does your Daddy love and miss each of you.  I think of you three each and every single day of my life.

Your dad is ready for Spring so I can go outside and clean the yard and start planting flowers and shrubs just for you Sammy as I know you loved to smell all the beautiful flowers I was planting.  You were always by my side as I planted ... and how I miss that.  I cannot get your sister or brother to stand long enough to watch .. because they want to just play .. but that is fine with me too.

 Monday, March 19:  Dear Sammy, Gabby and little Bob M .. just making my weekly stopover to let you know that your dad loves and misses each of you so much.  Though you already know that, I have to always tell you.

The weather was gorgeous this past week .. but today it is so very, very windy and I won't let your sister Cupcake and brother Xander outside for fear they might fly away.  I cannot even see across the road because of the dust .. it is so bad and thick.

Watch over us always my beloved kids ... as I know you always are.  Know that you "Are My Special Angels" forever and ever ..... Dad, Cupcake and Xander
