Memories I will always hold close and cherish -

Kissing that spot on your forehead and that precious little knob on the top of your head!

Petting your soft coat

Playing hide-and-seek, you were so cute running around the house looking for us, and then were all wiggly and excited when you found us.

Our chase games, where you would chase me (or vise versa) around the kitchen, dining room and then living room, and how you would mouth me when you caught me

Playing tug-of-war with your huge rope toy. No little rope for you, they would be gone in no time. Daddy had to make a custom one out of a large diameter rope!

Watching you follow the sunshine coming in through the living room window so you could lay in it

The big kisses you would give me on the face

The way you would flip the lid off the dirty clothes hamper

Your happy wag when we came home after being out

Your funny little ways... everytime the brush would come out for grooming you would run to your bed and curl up like it was torture. You hated grooming day or as I called them "spa day." You were such a silly girl!

You waking me up in the middle of the night to put your blankie back over you

Hearing your little snore at night while you were sleeping

The weekend mornings we would let you in bed with us and then give you tons of kisses

When you would sneak on the couch and then jump off when we got home like nothing happened

Getting you on my lap and just holding you

You standing at the pantry door to let us know you wanted a treat

Your "help" in the kitchen at dinner time

Always reminding me at 8:30am and 3:30pm that it was time to eat

Making that special flavored water for you several times a day, so you would drink enough. You were the only dog I've had that would hardly drink any water, and your vet said 8-10 glasses a day to keep your bladder infections away!

The funny “quiet” bark you used when you were trying to get our attention for goodies

Keeping me company and laying by me while I work from home, you always made sure I took computer breaks

Our long walks - you always got so much attention! And I loved how you would pull me so hard when you saw a child or a baby in a stroller, you loved little children so much and would always give them big dog kisses right on the face!

Car rides to get ice cream... you always got to share a cone too

Helping me in the garden and then eating all the vegetables off the vine when they ripened... I never knew a dog who liked veges as much as you

Our camping trips to the lake and our canoe rides

Fun trips to the coast and seeing you play and bite at the waves

Seeing you run, especially when you were young, you were the most graceful and fast runner I have ever seen

Our outings to the Dog Expos and taking you around to all the events and watching the dog shows and agility trials. You always got a lot of attention from people, and you were so well behaved in the crowds. Those were really good days we shared.

Taking you to the store so you could pick out your favorite toys and treats

Playing laser light with you

Seeing your cute bouncy run when playing with other dogs

Your gentle, generous nature. You were such a gracious "hostess" to visiting dogs. You always let them play with your toys, sleep in your bed, and share your treats. There wasn't an aggressive bone in your body.

Our summer afternoons on the back porch and how you would bark at us to give you some beer

Teaching you fun new games

Seeing you open presents, you just loved birthdays and Christmas!

I miss your beautiful face and your expressive eyes

I miss you more every day my sweet angel and the joy you brought into our lives

I Love You Saada... mommy and daddy
