YOU SAID 'LOAD, DIDN'T YOU?
We are together again. I'm home with you. Every day I look at your grave and I know you are looking down at me.
This photograph was taken at Window Rock, Arizona. I remember that we were early and parked under the only tree on the fairgrounds. We were in the red volks van. This was our second year at the Navajo Nation Fair and Rodeo.
What days we had!! Such fun driving down those roads together. I miss you so much but I know we'll be together again. I can't wait!
MY HANDSOME FRIEND
We have a secret, you and I,
That no one else shall know,
For who, but I can see you lie,
Each night, in fire glow?
And who but I can reach my hand
Before we go to bed,
And feel the living warmth of you
And touch your silken head?
And only I walk woodland paths,
And see, ahead of me,
Your large form racing with the wind,
So young again, and free.
And only I can see you swim
In every brook I pass...
And, when I call, no one but I
Can see the bending grass.

i went to the pond. I remember the last time we went together. You were forgetful and got behind the pack. I went back and got you and you were so happy to see me. Your eyes sparkled and you wagged your tail as if to say "I knew you were here somewhere".
I'm so glad that I'm here with you but sad moments come to me now and then. I probably won't go back to the pond any time soon.......xoxoxo
ONE OF OUR MANY CREEKS THAT WE WADED IN
Tip and I loved wading in creeks and rivers. There is a creek here on the property that we used to go to frequently, that is, until we saw the biggest water moccasin ever one day.
Tippy loved, loved, loved to swim and soak in the water. You and Smut would stand and enjoy the water while Henri made a "fool" of herself. I haven't been to the favorite swimming hole yet, but I will go this fall.
THE ROSES BY TIP'S GRAVE
Mom brought this rose bush from the "old place" when we moved here. It is near Tippy's grave.
SMUTTY IS HERE.........
Smut's ashes are here and will soon be sprinkled in his favorite places. How Smut loved the creek here. He and Tip would stand and almost smile in the cool water.
BELLA CAMPING IN COLORADO IN
Tip, I know you won't believe that Bella Anne is 12~ 13 next February. I remember you guarding her when she was a baby on the bed. She was your "niece" and you always let everyone know that you and Henri were on duty.
NEIGHBOOR BRAHMA BULLS
YES, YES, YES, I KNOW YOU HATED CATTLE BUT I THOUGHT MAYBE YOU HAVE SOFTENED A BIT NOW. :-)
HENRIETTA IS RESTING BY YOURSIDE
HENRI IS HERE BESIDE YOU. YOUR BEST FRIEND. HOW SHE TAUGHT YOU TO PLAY AND BE SILLY. SHE LET YOU KNOW THAT IT WAS OKAY TO ROMP AND CHASE HER. NEXT TO ME, SHE LOVED YOU MORE THAN LIFE. I KNOW THAT SHE IS SO HAPPY THAT WE'RE ALL TOGETHER.
XOWIE! YOU WERE PUPPIES TOGETHER
XOWIE IS WITH COLLEEN NOW BUT HER ASHES WILL BE NEXT TO YOU AND HENRI SOON.....
COLLEEN AND I GOT YOU AND XOWIE AROUND THE SAME TIME. WHAT FUN YOU HAD CHASING ONE ANOTHER AROUND THE CABIN. I'LL NEVER FORGET HEARING YOUR TOENAILS.
