Always with me!

Dearest Lassie,

I can't believe that it will be year since you left us! Not a day has gone by that I haven't missed your funny little face, your welcome in the morning, your look of endearing love.  I'm having a hard time writing this message.  You know what is in my heart.  I remember so well that morning when you jumped up on the couch and laid your head in my lap and looked at me with such love.  What were you trying to say? Did you know that would be our last morning together?  It is such a beautiful memory for me to have.  Then after the attack as I held you in my arms you looked at me again and wagged your tail.  Was that you saying good-bye, I love you.  I wish I could turn back the time and have you here with me again.  I know that you are around.  I believe that I will see you again.  Help me to find a new little friend to be with me until I see you again.

We love you baby! Daddy misses you too.

He gets lonely during the day.  Let him know you are around.
