A Halloween Good Night

Each night I tuck you into bed
I brush my hand across your head
and in each tiny little fist
I place a magic mommy kiss.

Full of love and hope so bright
To keep you safely through the night,
Mommy kisses in your hand
To guide you off to slumberland.

Pebbles I miss you so much I sent you a bunch of Halloween balloons today,  I miss not dressing you up in your pretty little Halloween costumes and watch you parade around town with all the kids, I think this was your favorite night of the year. You got so much attention and you loved it. Everyone stopped to say hello to you take your picture and tell you how cute you looked.

It hurt so much seeing all the costumes in the store this year and I had nobody to buy them for. Answering the door for the kids was also  hard not having you by my side everytime the door bell rang you were so excited you hought they all were there for you. By the end of the night you were so tired you would fall asleep in my arms. Halloween hasnt been so much fun for me since I was a kid. You brought so much joy into my life and I will hold on to all the costumes and memories forever.
