Charlie Xmas 2011

In loving memory of our Charlie who we love so much. Charlie will be greatly missed and be in our hearts forever.

Charlie went across the Rainbow Bridge today to be with our OJ. He really tried to last but his cancer just overcame him. If love could have made him better, he would have lived forever. He was with us for 10 years and was loved by us all.

I was with him this morning at the vet as he passed over. It was so quiet and peaceful. I talked to him and petted him the whole time. I am so glad that I did this. I feel like I honored his death and helped myself accept his loss, at least a little bit. This has been a very hard day and I am still a little numb, but I know it was the very best thing for my special little guy.
