1. Critters.com requires you to provided certain identifying information when you create a memorial. Our create a memorial form requests contact information, such as name and email address. Contact information from the creation form is used to setup the memorial for your loved one. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with the you when necessary. We do not share names or e-mail address' outside Critters.com.

2. Credit Card Information All payment processing on Critters.com is conducted via Paypal.com. We do not have access to any billing or credit card information on any users/customer's account, it is processed securely on the Paypal secure system.

3. Access to Your Information The Personal Information is the property of Critters.com, subject to and protected by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act. Critters.com will not sell, rent, swap, or otherwise disclose you Personal Information to any third party.

4. Our site contains links to other sites. Critters.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Nor is Critters.com liable for any disclosure of Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

5. Correct / Update Critters.com is the sole entity with access to any information collected during the creation of a memorial process. Users can change or modify information previously provided to Critters.com by accessing the password protected edit page of the memorial created.
